LISTENING TO YOUR NEEDS
Attentive to their clients, business managers, with their preliminary project team (economists, architect, computer graphics designer) define an optimal solution in terms of architecture, functionalities and budget.
For each project, SMC2 provides its client with a complete file, which includes plans, images, a technical description and the implementation methods.

STUDY BOLD, INNOVATING AND RIGOROUS SOLUTIONS
Engineers and draughtsmen, architects, graphic designers, economists. Our teams master all our technologys: timber structures, metal structures, mixed timber-metal structures, textile architecture, cladding and building shells.
The BIM method is based on work processes and a 3D virtual digital model of all structures and components to exhaustively model the construction operation. This method allows for active collaboration between project owners, architects, engineers and contractors.
Calculation software: Robot, Forten, Accorbat
Design software: Rhino 3D, Solidworks, Cadwork
Computer graphics software: Photoshop, InDesign
PRODUCING INDUSTRIAL QUALITY
For each of its technologies (steel structure, glue-laminate timber structure, timber frame panels, etc.), SMC2 has specific production sites. All production units are ISO 9001 certified and equipped with CNC machines to which 3D works studies from the BIM model are directly transferred.

MANAGING THE OPERATION

A project management department made up of engineers, monitors each file in compliance with safety, quality, deadlines and costs. Project managers are the single and privileged client and architect contacts. They provide efficient follow-up of each contract, from studies to acceptance.
BUILDING WITH CARE
The objective is to carry out the work with attention to detail and the will to build a beautiful structure. To this end, the sites are managed by competent and experienced team leaders who make sure that the work is carried out with respect for quality and safety.
SMC2 teams are regularly trained in good practices in terms of safety and environmental protection.
