SMC2 has built a hall with four tennis courts and an annex building for the tennis club and schools of the city of Nice.
With a surface area of 3250m², the tennis hall has a mixed glued laminated timber frame. This hall is covered with a double skin with acoustic cladding on the inside and has a steel waterproofing sheet. The floor is made of natural clay.
The annex building consists of changing rooms, a clubhouse and storage space, all covering a surface area of 345m².
